After missing their plane from Amsterdam Schiphol airport, Ingo, Bart and Nele spent the time waiting for the next flight, watching passers-by. They quickly noticed the appearance and posture of the departing and returning passengers. Returning passengers looked radiant, tanned and healthy, which had a positive effect on their posture.

Our busy, hectic lives and the limited hours of sun in our own country make it difficult to retain this holiday glow healthily. And if the sun should shine, you have to contend with harmful UV rays. With the hectic lifestyle, limited hours of sun and harmful UV on the one hand and the radiant retuning passengers on the other, the idea of the natural tanning spray was born: A healthy and safe way to have a natural holiday tan the whole year round.

Ingo, Bart and Nele mixed up their names and soon MARC INBANE was born! 

The natural tanning spray works quickly and simply. You can apply it yourself and the result is a healthy, naturally evenly tanned skin. The natural tanning spray lasts up to 5 days without marks, streaks or the infamous carrot-effect.

How to use?

The natural tanning spray has been developed for frequent use. Before use, shake the bottle well. Hold the bottle approximately 30 cm away from the skin and spray in a flowing motion. Allow the mist to dry for around 10 minutes. This can be speeded up by using a hairdryer. Pay special attention to knees, elbows, toes, etc.

The natural tanning spray lasts up to 5 days and one bottle is enough for up to 60 applications for the face and neck. You will find more tips on using the natural tanning spray below.  

Tips

A few tips for obtaining the best result:

• Shake the bottle well before use
• Remove any light-coloured clothing when applying the natural tanning spray
• If the mist should get on the floor, the shower base, or on your clothing, it is easy to rinse off
• Hold the bottle approximately 30 cm away from the skin
• Spray the natural tanning spray steadily in a flowing motion from left to right, as you would with hairspray
• When you apply the natural tanning spray over your whole body, work from top to bottom
• Use a hairdryer to speed up the drying process (normally 10 minutes)
• Before wearing light-coloured clothes, check that the natural tanning spray has thoroughly dried

Safe and Healthy

The natural tanning spray meets the latest EU regulations for cosmetic products. It has been dermatologically tested and is used daily by hairdressers, skin specialists and beauticians.

Thanks to the natural tanning spray, you no longer need to come into contact with the harmful UV rays of the sun or the sunbed. The product is suitable for all skin types and for the whole body.

Natural Ingredients

The natural tanning spray is enriched with, vegetable-based, pure, nourishing ingredients, including Aloe Vera, Ginkgo and Vitamin E.

The tan?

I tried the Marc Inbane Tanning Spray two times now and I Love it! The tan is very natural and looks like you just came back from a week on the Costa del Sol. Just make sure you don’t use too much because the tan is rather strong. They claim the natural tanning spray bottle is enough for up to 60 applications for the face and neck. That’s a whole year of being tan! Nice!:D

Content?

The tanning spray contains the expensive ingredient erythrulose, which prevents the tan looking orange or yellow. Perfect!

The Price?

It’s a great price for the quality you’re getting €39,95 (200ml).

Conclusion?

I Love this spray! The only thing I would recommend is something to apply the tan. But I think the people at Marc Inbane already heard my prayers.. They are coming up with a Marc Inbane gift set which also contains an application sponge.

"Lush Ghent - Store Opening" xoxo

Hi Lovies!

Yesterday I went to the Lush store opening in Ghent! Whoop whoop! The opening was amaaazing.. a flashmob, smoothies for the people who were standing in line, friendly staff and of course loads of lovely products!

Products for soft and smooth hands

The famous and best-selling 'Honey I washed the kids' soap had to be in the picture! It’s a gentle, buttery and delicious soap that is hard to keep to  yourself. The honey water and aloe are so softening and moisturizing, that you can easily use the toffee-scented sensation on the whole family.

Happy people standing in line to buy their favorite products!

The purple bath bomb in the middle of the picture is called 'Phoenix Rising'. It's a new Bath Bomb that is a tribute to Lush's belief that great things can rise out of the ashes, just like the mythical Phoenix. Royal purple and gold-dusted, with a cinnamon stick in the centre, this gorgeous bomb sinks to the bottom of the tub when you toss it in, and slowly rises up, fizzing out a spicy apple and cinnamon scent. Hmm!

This one has to be my favorite! Just look at it, all sparkly and shiny! If you've had a day full of disappointment, pop one of the Sunny Side sparkly bubble bars into your bath. As you crumble it under the running water, you'll start to feel immediately better. You just can't help but smile when you see the shimmery golden waters it creates. Maybe it's because citrus fruits only grow in warm, sunny places that their scents make us feel like smiling again. Sunny Side's orange, tangerine and lemon help reverse the troubles of the day, however badly it started. 

It'll turn your life Sunny Side up!

The famous Lush lipscrubs! My favorite has to be the pink 'Bubble Gum' version. Scrub your lips smooth with this sweetest confection. Bubble Gum is Lush's ode to all things pink, girly and sugary. A blend of exfoliating Fair Trade sugar and moisturizing castor oil, this lip scrub is sure to leave your lips enticingly soft and satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time! For a flawless pout, scrub Bubblegum over your lips (be sure to lick off the excess) and then apply your favorite lip color!

Obviously I had to try out the 'Emotional Brilliance' wheel. 

This is how it works: When the wheel stops spinning, immediately pick out the three colours that stand out to you. Not your favourites. Not what your friends like. The three that say something to you - right now.

The trick is to not think about it too much. I picked the colours above: 

• Believe: Feel sure that something is true; accept the statement of someone as true, have religious faith.
• Vibrance: Pop a smile back on your face and make your next thought one of happiness. Think of things that make you smile, then keep those thoughts coming.
• Fantasy: The faculty or activity of imagining improbable things, a pleasant or desirable imaginary situation: the notion of being independent is a child’s ultimate fantasy. an idea with no basis in reality

"Vanedo Beauty Friend - Facial Mask" xoxo

Hi Lovies!

So as promised, yesterday's article would be posted today. Yesterday I had trouble uploading pictures, but I fixed it and hopefully it will stay fixed!;)

Remember the article I wrote about the Etude House Magic BB Cream from the Lovely BB creamshop? Well I was able to try out one of their facial masks as well. Lucky me, I know!

The Vanedo Beauty Friends facial mask is a popular korean brand which has more than 20 different types of varieties. The facial masks are suitable for all skin types and all age groups.

Because I have rather large pores, I got the advice to try out the Vanedo Red ginseng facial mask. The mask contains red ginseng extracts which is great to firm the skin and tighten pores while it cleanses and moisturizes. Perfect for me!

I have tried The Vanedo beauty friend mask and I must say I’m pleasantly surprised. The sheet is thick and thoroughly soaked in the vitamin essence, making the mask moist and dripping with the essence. The mask sticks well on the face and unlike some other brands, doesn't have a strong or unpleasant smell.

How to use:

After placing the mask on the face for 20 minutes, the mask is still pretty wet. I actually suggest to place the mask on other body parts such as your elbow or kneecap to make full use of the excess essence.  

Massage the essence on your face for it to be absorbed thoroughly by your skin. 

Together with a night of good sleep, I noticed that my skin becomes more supple and firmer! It’s definitely worth a try.
